Unitywater Warehouse

Murphy Builders was proud to partner once again with Unitywater to design and construct an 839 sqm warehouse in Maroochydore. The project features a mezzanine office, bathroom facilities and a kitchenette, creating a functional and efficient workspace.

Constructed using concrete tilt panels, a common but innovative technique that allows for fast and efficient builds, the warehouse showcases both time and cost efficiency while maintaining exceptional structural integrity. The design and construction of the panels required precise detailing and careful coordination to ensure correct alignment and load-bearing capacity. Despite the technical complexity, the tilt-up method enables a faster build without compromising quality or safety.
