Murphy Builders managed and constructed this 5 tenancy industrial building and car park in Burnside. The shed consisted of a 1215sqm of concrete tilt panel with a structural steel framed metal clad roof. Each tenancy was fitted out with a kitchenette and toilet facilities overlooking a 1200sqm carpark.
During the design process, environmental precautions were established due to location of this project backing onto Whalley Creek. To ensure that silt and construction run-off didn’t enter the creek or surrounding area, key erosion control and waste management procedures were utilised.
Murphy Builders worked closely with the client, ensuring all areas of the project ran according the to the budget and time constraints.
